Unhealthy Food was always my go to... sad, happy , lonely, tired, excited but when I got the tips and tools on how to manage that everything became easier, I had more energy to exercise which I really enjoy. Name a diet I tried and failed them all now I can say I have a lifestyle change and can balance my food and exercise is part of my week now.


I am a lady of a certain age, I started Me Time nearly 2 years ago and I love every minute of it. I did the six week Healthformation programme.
