  • How long do I have to commit to?

There’s no long term commitment here, it’s just 30 days for you to experience what we have to offer and get results! After the 30 days, you’re free to leave if you want (See below for more info…)

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a very long time or have little experience?

With our personalised approach no matter what your fitness ability is we’ll cater the programme around your needs and preferences. You will have revamped your fitness, strength & overall energy levels and feel awesome!

  • What happens at the end of the FREE session?

The choice is completely up to you. If you’d like to continue to progress your results, then we can steer you in the right direction towards the best possible option for you and continue. If you don’t think it’s the right fit for you, we can end the on friendly terms.

  • What if I’ve had past or current injuries?

It’s very common for us to work with individuals with various injuries and pains. We’ll work around your injuries and even work to eliminate those niggles so you can live pain-free.

We then won’t be taking on any new clients until our next intake. (Sometimes this can be up to 3 months!)

You see, unlike a commercial gym we don’t take on as many clients as we possibly can. This is so we can guarantee that every client that walks through our door gets the time, attention and most importantly the results they came for.
